1. Privacy

All personal information collected by the website will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to external parties.Customers may receive an email requesting feedback on the service after using it.

2. Responsibility

Railay Garden View Resort offers accommodation for relaxation amidst nature and reserves the right to modify service conditions as deemed appropriate, with or without prior notice.

3. Accommodation Prices and Conditions

The accommodations are fan-cooled rooms with balconies, located on a hillside. It is not recommended for children under 6 years old, seniors over 60 years old, or individuals with difficulty climbing stairs.

After booking and payment, customers must present booking confirmation on the service date.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are considered complete only after full payment or a deposit has been made.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before check-in date.

If no reply is received, please follow up.

5. Payment

All charges or service fees must be paid in full before the service or stay. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking or stay without prior notice.

Payments via VISA or MasterCard incur no processing fees. Customers must provide the card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV for credit card payments.

6. Cancellation Policy

Railay Garden View Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of monsoons, storms, strong winds, or unforeseen circumstances.
Non-refundable bookings:

Prices are in Thai Baht.
No refunds for no-shows.

Cancellations due to emergencies or sudden illnesses require supporting documents or a medical certificate.
The resort reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Prices include VAT.

7. Refunds

Refunds take 7-14 business days to process, excluding holidays.
Customers will be notified of the refund within 2 business days. If no response is received, please follow up.
(For online bookings, we provide a reliable payment gateway system.)
